Items purchased at full price from may be returned within 14 days of the invoice generated date for merchandise credit only. No refunds will be issued.


Returned items must have all original tags, and be in new, unworn, and unwashed condition. To return an online purchase by mail, you must contact the Cabbages & Kings customer care team at:

Cabbages & Kings is not responsible for returns lost in transit, therefore we suggest using a shipping service with tracking number capabilities, such as: UPS, FedEx, or USPS.

  • We are only able to issue a refund on merchandise received at our fulfillment center.

  • Please include a copy of your packing list or receipt with any return items so that it may be quickly processed.

  • Please help us improve service and quality by noting your reason for the return.

  • Once items are received and processed, a Cabbages & Kings merchandise credit will be issued for the purchased amount less shipping charges. Credits are valid without expiration

  • Cabbages & Kings is not able to accept returns purchased outside of the store. Please kindly contact the retailer directly.

  • Items returned without a return authorization number or outside return policy guidelines will not be mailed back and will not be refunded.

  • All swimwear, jewelry, and clearance/sale/discounted purchases are final sale and may not be returned or exchanged.

  • Cabbages & Kings reserves the right to limit the number of returns.

  • Except as provided by applicable state law, store credits and gift cards are not redeemable for cash, are non-transferable and cannot be replaced if lost or stolen.

All orders will be processed and shipped as soon as possible, normally within 3 business days. Products purchased at will be shipped, and insured, using UPS 3-Day Ground.

  • Faster shipping is available with permission of buyer to absorb the extra shipping fee.

  • Refunds on international orders include duties, taxes and tariffs when sent with the Return Merchandise Authorization form. Unfortunately, we cannot refund your original domestic and international shipping charges.

  • Our fulfillment center is closed for the observance of major holidays. Orders placed on major holidays are processed and shipped on the next business day.

  • We do not ship or deliver on Saturday or Sunday.

  • You may place an order to be shipped to an address other than that of your billing address.
